Well I chose a great week to get back into the CVS game.

After quite a few weeks of hardly bothering with CVS, I decided that this was the week to start back. I have put myself back on a very strict budget, and I need CVS to help me keep to it.

I was a bit discouraged because I was starting with only $4 in ECB’s. But after doing some planning I came out with more than I started with, and that is the goal. There were a few things that were free after coupons and ECB’s. But what I was really hoping to do was be able to get some things that I had on my grocery list.

I needed a shaver for Rich and I really was looking to get some cereal for free too since I didn’t get in on the Kroger deal earlier in the week.
Well, I was more than successful. I made everyone in my house happy this week with CVS goodies.

Here is how it all went

2 Boxes of Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal
1 CVS Children’s Ibuprophren
8 Packages of 3 pack Orbit gum
2 Tube Crest Toothpaste
2 Tube Colgate Toothpaste
4 Bottles of Covergirl TruBlend Makeup
2 Bottle Advil Children’s Medicine
3 Reeses Fastbreak King Sized Candybars
1 Glade Car Airfreshener Fan
1 Fushion Razor

TOTAL $ 2.12
Total Savings $116.23

Not too bad. And I have $9.29 in ECB’s to use for this week coming up.
