Epson All-in-oneAbout 8 years ago when Rich and I decided it was time to homeschool our kids, there were just three things I knew I had to have.

Forget books, curriculum, or school supplies.

All we thought we needed to get started was a globe, a crockpot, and an all-in-one printer, copier, and scanner.

Although I have learned that there are a few other things that make a successful homeschool, we weren’t that far off when it came to the three things we thought we had to have.  All of them have proven very necessary for us.

In fact we use them all on a regular basis.

Lately my poor overworked all-in-one has been getting slower and slower.  And I am lucky when it prints anything at all.  I knew the day was coming when I would have to replace it.  I just knew we didn’t have the funds for that right now so I was making due and missing a ton of very valuable printable coupons.

The Lord must have heard my plea because I was approached to review an Epson Artisan 810 on This Side of Eternity!

Granted I haven’t much to compare it to, but this is THE COOLEST all-in-one I have ever seen!  It does everything.  I feel like I have my own little print shop right here in my office.

Epson Artisan All-in-oneThis all-in-one printer does so much more than my last printer ever could do. And it is super fast. I used to sit around waiting for my printer to catch up on print jobs when I was searching and printing tons of coupon, but not any more!

Besides the creativity you can use with this all-in-one, the super fast printing speeds, and the fact that it is wireless there is one thing this frugal mom loves the most.  Because I do print a lot of coupons, I tend to go through ink pretty fast.  Each color ink is it’s own cartridge.  So instead of replacing an entire cartridge because you used up all of the red, you can just replace the red.  This seems like a no brainer, and I hope to see other companies follow this model.

Another feature that I love is it’s ability to print from a mobile device. Everyone seems to be accessing the internet with their mobile devices more and more which is why I thought this was a very smart and innovative function of the Epson Artisan 810 .

In order to use the mobile print function, you’ll need to download the app. to your device first.    Just head over to the apps store here and search for Epson iPrint, ePrint or Print-and-Share.

I am still figuring out all that this machine is capable of, but I can tell you already that I think I’m in love!

**Although the product for this review was supplied to me free of charge from Epson, all opinions expressed are solely mine.

I won this from Trisha at MomDot and LOOOOVE mine! Sure the size is a bit much, but look at what it does! I love how fast it prints, the quality of photos, how I can print directly from a memory card AND that I can now scan and copy. It is a super sweet printer!

It really looks awesome. I think I'd have so many more recent photos around the house if I could just print them myself!
