CaptureI was recently sent a beautiful coat from Free Country to review and share my thoughts about it with you.

securedownload (60)Let me just say that my cats, Jasper and Luna, approved right away ;) In fact I had a hard time getting them to leave the coat alone.  Guess they know a warm and comfy coat when they spot one too!

I know it is the end of the season and you probably don’t want to think about winter coats at all.  But can I just say this is THE time to be thinking about winter gear! I always try to replenish our wardrobes in the off seasons for a couple of reasons:

  • You can save up to 90% off when you do so.
  • The styles don’t vary much from one season to the next.
  • I always bought large when it comes to winter wear so I had no problems with choosing sizes for the following year.

Free Country has pretty much everything on sale right now too, so you will have no problems finding something you love for a deeply discounted price.

CaptureThis is the coat I received.  As you can see it is currently marked down from $170 to just $95. What a steal!

The Tahoe coat from Free Country’s Power Down Series features unique, small box quilting in an Airtouch down shell that cuts a slim profile. One of the longer Power Downs, Tahoe is amply warm even during winter in its namesake mountain town, and goes a fashion step further with a plaid fleece collar and back linings, as well as storm cuffs. Down filled with detachable, faux fur trim hood, and storm placket main closure, the interior also boasts useful cell phone, and music pockets.

32632_10200365393130830_171691971_nI can’t accurately describe to you just how nice this coat feels when I am wearing it.  And it is warm.  My favorite part is the fleece that they put just inside the arm holes and around the neck.  When I have it zipped up I am snug and warm, but not restricted feeling.

Details:

  • Detachable Faux Fur Trim Hood
  • Music Pocket
  • Water Resistant
  • Machine Washable
  • Phone Pocket
  • Wind Resistant
  • Filled with Natural Down Feathers for Lightweight Warmth and Comfort

  • Storm Cuff

Plus they also carry some great swim suits if you are looking for a high quality suit for summer time swimming fun! And you can get them for 40% off now through Monday.
