Those cupcake icons are celebrating 90 years of yummy goodness!

The first cupcake was baked in 1919 and the famous “squiggles” across the top were added 30 years later. Americans eat more than 600 million cupcakes every year. So that tells me that after 90 years we still love our Hostess cupcakes!

“You get a big delight in every bite” is the original Hostess Cupcakes slogan and after eating a few myself I have to agree.
