Dinners - I will try to include lots of veggies this week.

Spaghetti & Salad

~ Wednesday ~

White Chicken Chili

~ Thursday ~

Steak, Potatoes, and Corn

~ Friday ~

I don’t plan a Sunday meal. Usually we have a very late lunch and just find something small for dinner. Either way I don’t plan because I like to be flexible for anything that pops up.

This might reveal my cluelessness, but one thing I learned from the Hellmann's site is that you can use mayo in dessert recipes! On reflection, that makes a lot of sense, as it would add a ton of moistness to cakes and brownies for sure. Thanks! gkaufmanss(at)yahoo(dot)com
