This is the time of year that I look forward to trying out new recipes for the holidays. However I have to admit that I am not all that creative on my own when it come to food.

Breakfast and lunch is pretty much the same around my house which is why that part of the menu never changes.
Breakfasts - consists of oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit smoothies, toast & poached eggs.
Lunches - consists of soups, peanut butter sandwiches, or dinner leftovers.
Dinners - I will try to include lots of veggies this week.

I don’t plan a Sunday meal. Usually we have a very late lunch and just find something small for dinner. Either way I don’t plan because I like to be flexible for anything that pops up.

I like searching for recipes.
This might reveal my cluelessness, but one thing I learned from the Hellmann's site is that you can use mayo in dessert recipes! On reflection, that makes a lot of sense, as it would add a ton of moistness to cakes and brownies for sure. Thanks! gkaufmanss(at)yahoo(dot)com
