
I took the week off from shopping. I just couldn’t get a trip together, and before I knew it the week had gone by. I’ll be cooking mostly from what we already have on hand.
Breakfast and lunch is pretty much the same around my house which is why that part of the menu never changes. Except this Tuesday my mom will be coming done for the week and we are planning a nice lunch for when she arrives.
Breakfasts - consists of oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit smoothies, toast & poached eggs.Lunches - consists of soups, peanut butter sandwiches, or dinner leftovers.
Dinners - I will try to include lots of veggies this week.
