
Well we made it through the kitchen renovations, although it was quite an interesting time for dinners. We usually eat every dinner at the table with everyone together. But, the past 2 weeks we have been eating wherever we can find a seat. It’s nice to know that we will be able to have our dinners together once again.
Breakfast and lunch is pretty much the same around my house which is why that part of the menu never changes.
Breakfasts - consists of oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit smoothies, toast & poached eggs.Lunches - consists of soups, peanut butter sandwiches, or dinner leftovers.
Dinners - I will try to include lots of veggies this week.

I don’t plan a Sunday meal. Usually we have a very late lunch and just find something small for dinner. Either way I don’t plan because I like to be flexible for anything that pops up.
