I can’t believe how messy my life has been.  I mean you think you have things somewhat together and then you find out you really didn’t after all.

Take the junk drawer for instance.  I mean by its very nature it is supposed to be messy isn’t it?

I mean I never even thought that a junk drawer could be an organized place.  This is the one spot in my house that I have just accepted should be a disorganized mess.  You’ll find everything in my junk drawer.  Just about anything finds its way into the junk drawer from nails, tools, keys, glue, and anything else that doesn’t already have a home somewhere.

Like I said I have accepted the idea that as long as it’s the junk drawer it’s alright if it is a mess.

But I recently had the opportunity to try out Rubbermaid’s new junk drawer organizer and I quickly found out for myself that the junk drawer can be an organized array of this and that.

Rubbermaid has a new product out that makes organizing any drawer, including the junk drawer  super easy to do.  With the interlocking no slip compartments you can choose the pieces that fit your drawer for a completely customizable way to get that dreaded junk drawer under control once and for all!

One of you are going to have the chance to win a Rubbermaid Junk Drawer Organizer for yourself.

How to Enter:

It’s easy to win, just tell me the oddest item I’d find if I looked in your junk drawer in the comments to be entered to win!

I had bought my daughter a pair of socks for St. Patrick's day last year. I hid them in my junk draw. I barely found them when I was cleaning for the New Year! I plan to give them to her this year to wear on St. Patty's day!

The oddest thing would probably be pieces of siding and roofing materials. My husband sells building supplies and always brings little pieces of demo materials home with him

The strangest thing you would find in my junk drawer would probably be Chuck E Cheese coins:) The kids are forever dropping them around the house so when I find them, into the drawer they go! Please enter me in your giveaway:) Thanks!

A gold girl-head-shaped charm with my name on it, inside a neon orange Tupperware smidget. Never even knew I owned this – very sentimental. Thanks for making me look!

What is left of a dog leash I cut up to make anchors for our daughters' storage unit. It worked great! LOL

I can't let someone look in my junk drawer! But if I did the oddest item to be found would be the phone charger for a phone I no longer own :)

Elphie March 5, 2010 at 12:11 pm

I signed up for your emails.
