Biblical Womanood is hosting a Spring Cleaning Challenge that has come at a very good time for me.

Can I just say that I am struggling quite a bit in the domestic areas of life.

I was just walking around my home and shaking my head at the disaster that has taken over. It has been a mess for so long that I hardly even recognize it anymore. You know when the pile has been sitting on your counter for so long that it becomes part of it someow.

And somehow when my home is in disorder it isn’t long before it affects other areas of my life as well and then before I know it, my whole life is in disorder too.

I really need this challenge right now to get things back in order befre the health department shows up at my door to inspect this dump. I’m exaggerating just a little.

This is what Crystal says about the challenge on her site.

“Welcome to the Spring Cleaning for Normal People Challenge! Are you ready to join me as we seek to de-clutter, clean, and organize our homes so we might live more orderly lives, be more efficient, and be better able to serve the Lord and our families?”

I don’t know why, but that little blurb there just gets me so excited to clean up my act.
