Both of my kids have been very active in sports their entire lives.
I love the benefits from having them play on organized sports teams.
- They are learning how to work as a team with their team mates
- It teaches them that physical fitness is important.
- We have made each of their sports a family affair, so it is also teaching them how to support each other in the family.
- My husband has been able to coach soccer for my daughter and basketball for my son, so they are getting special Dad time.
- It has taught them the importance of commitment, because once you join a team you can’t just quit.
I have really enjoyed our family times together cheering on each other. We have made it an important part of our family. When one of our kids have a game to play, we all go!
The downfall to having kids involved in so many sports is that we have an abundance of sports equipment. The hardest thing to store are all of the balls. We have soccer, volleyball, basketball, and footballs. And they don’t exactly stack or sit very easily on a shelf.
Until recently my son would just toss them in a corner of his room. This was the only real option since you don’t want to store them in a cold garage.
But now that we have found The Ball Claw, we can take my sons different sports balls and store them in a neat new way that saves space and looks great in a boys room!
You can find a Ball Claw for all of the different sports that your kids may be involved in here.
And since they only cost $11.99 each they are also a frugal option to keeping your sports equipment in tip top shape, and not deflated.

I can see this for a boys room, or for garage/mudroom storage.
