As you may have guessed if you have been reading my blog for a little while, I am not a naturally organized person. The truth is that I have to fight with my natural self when it comes to some of the most simple things involving organization.
Things can get pretty disorganized around here in no time flat. And besides homeschooling is definitely not conducive to a clean and organized home.
Still I do love the idea of a smoothing running organized machine. So whenever I finally decide I am going to get completely organized I know that I also have to change my habits.
One of the worst habits they I have is not following through on things. For example, I tend to be a mover. That is instead of doing something all of the way, I move closer and closer to the end results without ever actually arriving there.
So this is my biggest organizational tip:
Learn to do things ALL the way in stead of little by little. Finish tasks! Put things all the way away the first time. Don’t hesitate; by doing what needs to be done immediately you make more time for yourself to do the things you want to do in the long run.
Doing things the right way the first time works for me!
