Avocado Deviled Egg Recipe

This Avocado Deviled Egg Recipe is a great healthy alternative to the traditional deviled eggs and they are so full of flavor too!

Hard boiled eggs Good size ripe avocados Finely chopped red onion Juice of half a lime Slices crispy bacon  Jalapeños for garnish Optional

– Slice hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise. – Use 3 of the yolks only.

INSTRUCTIONS

– In a medium size mixing bowl add your egg yolks and avocados. – Mix to combine.

INSTRUCTIONS

– Add in lime juice, onion to your egg yolk mix. – Mix to combine.

INSTRUCTIONS

– Scoop a spoonful of the avocado mixture into the halved eggs. – Top with bacon and jalapeños. – Enjoy!
