This frugal homemade German Cucumber Salad with fresh dill and onions is one of my favorites!

INGREDIENTS 

– Cucumbers – Red onion – Sour cream – Mayonnaise – Sugar – White vinegar – Dill – Salt – Garlic powder

Step 1

Peel, clean and slice cucumbers and onion 

Step 2

Whisk together all of the remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy

Step 3

Pour the creamy dressing over your cucumber mixture and stir to coat well.

Step 4

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
