There are so many tasty recipes that use sourdough starter discard, but I think these cheesy discard crackers are the best!
HOW TO STORE CRACKERS
You can eat these crackers right away, or you can place the cooled crackers in an airtight container. Store for up to a week.
Add ingredients to your food processor as directed. You want the texture to be like a sand-like texture.
STEP 1
STEP 3
Mix thoroughly, until it looks crumbly and can hold it's shape when molded into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge.
STEP 4
Next, lightly flour a work surface, and roll out dough. The thinner the dough, the crispier the crackers will be.
STEP 5
Cut the dough into goldfish-shaped crackers. Poke an eye hole with a toothpick and place it on the baking tray.
