Instant Pot Lemon Garlic Chicken
This Instant Pot Chicken Breast combines the delicious flavors of garlic and lemon.It goes perfectly with just about any veggie side dish you can think of!
- 1 ½ pounds chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Adobo seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 lemons sliced
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
Saute chicken with seasonings in one tablespoon of oil to brown, stirring for about one minute.
Add remaining ingredients to pot.
Close lid and set pressure valve to sealing.
Set manual pressure time for 12 minutes.
Allow for a quick release of pressure, stir and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
If you choose to make this using frozen chicken breast, increase the cook time to 15 minutes.
