Pumpkin Cake

Old fashioned chocolate chip pumpkin bundt cake recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 3 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Canned Pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup Pecans

Instructions

  • Start by preheating the oven to 350.
  • Next cream together your eggs and sugar in a large bowl.
  • Add in oil and pumpkin and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together flour, spices, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.
  • Next add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and use a hand mixer to blend well.
  • Add nuts and mini chocolate chips and fold into batter.
  • Pour your batter into a greased bundt pan.
  • Finally place in the oven and bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
