Easy homemade sliders like the ones you get at White Castle.

Cuisine: American
Servings: 12

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Hamburger
  • 12 Slider Buns
  • 24 Pickle Slices
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
  • 6 slices Cheese
  • Ketchup optional
  • Mustard optional
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Onion Flakes

Instructions

  • Sprinkle your dried onion flakes onto the bottom of your pan.
  • Place the ground hamburger in between two sheets of wax paper and use a rolling pin to flatten it out.
  • After you place the flattened hamburger into the pan on top of the onion flakes, be sure to push it to the edges.
  • Sprinkle with some seasoning salt and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • When they are done baking, line the top of the hamburger with slices of American cheese.
  • Then cut into 12 little sliders and put them on a bun. I tried to do this as quickly as possible because I wanted to get the sliders out of the grease they were sitting in.
  • Add a pickle to each on and some ketchup and mustard and enjoy!
