Avocado Deviled Egg Recipe

Easy deviled egg recipe using avocado.

Ingredients

  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 good size ripe avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 4 slices crispy bacon
  • Jalapeños for garnish Optional

Instructions

  • Slice hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise.
  • Use 3 of the yolks only.
  • In a medium size mixing bowl add your egg yolks and avocados.
  • Mix to combine.
  • Add in lime juice, onion to your egg yolk mix.
  • Mix to combine.
  • Scoop a spoonful of the avocado mixture into the halved eggs.
  • Top with bacon and jalapeños.
  • Enjoy!
