White Chocolate Strawberry Bark

White chocolate coated strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz White Chocolate Melting Chips
  • 1 oz Freeze Dried Strawberries

Instructions

  • Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread  3/4 strawberries around on prepared sheet.
  • Heat chocolate by microwaving for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour melted chocolate over strawberries.
  • Sprinkle top with remaining strawberries.
  • Let cool completely before cutting.
