These Salted Caramel Apple Cider Balls are about to be your new favorite treat. Instead of making them filled with hot chocolate, these caramel balls are loaded with apple cider!

Ingredients:

– salted caramel candy melts – apple cider instant drink mix – white candy melts

Spoon melted caramel into each cavity of the mold, then use the spoon to coat the sides. Place mold in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Heat a frying pan so that it’s nice and hot. Remove mold and plate from the freezer, and unmold the caramel semi-spheres, setting them on the chilled plate.

Holding one caramel semi-sphere upside down, gently touch it to the hot frying pan to heat the layer of caramel.

Put the white candy melts into a ziplock bag and heat for 30 seconds in the microwave. Remove and massage the bag with your hand to help melt the candy.
