Chicken Stuffing Casserole

This Chicken Stuffing Casserole dinner is the perfect comfort food and so easy to make too!


Water Butter Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix Chicken breast Ground black pepper  Green beans Mushrooms Onion All-purpose flour Chicken broth Cream cheese


Bring the water and 4 tablespoons of butter to a boil in a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat. Add the stuffing mix and stir well.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise to make 6 thin chicken breasts.

Add the chicken breasts and cook on each side for about 5 minutes, until the internal temperature of each chicken breast reaches 165 degrees.
