Homemade French Toast has always been a favorite breakfast choice at my house. It’s one of those meals that are so good, you just might mistake it for dessert.

Ingredients:

– Slices bread – Heavy cream – Eggs – Vanilla – Sugar – Cinnamon – Butter

Blend eggs, sugar, and vanilla together. Combine with heavy cream and mix well. Stir in cinnamon if desired.

Place slices of bread side by side in a single layer in a baking dish and pour the egg mixture on top of each slice. Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight to fully absorb the egg mixture.

Cook the French toast slices in melted butter until nicely browned on both sides.

Easily pop a couple pieces of frozen French toast into the toaster for a quick breakfast any day of the week.
