Each egg contains an object representing the end of Jesus’ life. When opened, the child reads the corresponding verse describing that part of the Easter Story.

Small blade of grass 3 quarters Cracker Piece of paper String Thorn 2 small nails Dice Toothpick White fabric Rock

Gather twelve plastic Easter eggs, the printable scriptures and the corresponding and trinkets. Number the eggs 1-12, using a Sharpie marker.
