We make a lot of different egg recipes for breakfast. I’ll add different veggies, cheeses, guacamole and salsa to change up the flavor each day.


Our sugar free lunches basically consist of salads, cottage cheese and veggies, or leftovers. This is a great money and time saving tip.

During the 21 day sugar detox challenge my husband and i chose to eliminate as much sugar as we could until we were basically eating a sugar free diet.
