Using the saute’ mode, heat the electric pressure cooker until “hot.” Mix the dry seasonings together. Sprinkle the seasonings on the chicken.

Pour the rice over the chicken. Do not stir. Place the lid on the electric pressure cooker and set the valve to sealing.
