Orange Juice Concentrate Vinegar Honey Olive Oil Salt and Pepper Baby Spinach Red Onion sliced Mandarin Oranges Almond Slices Sugar
Add all dressing ingredients to food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Toast almond slices (optionally with sugar) over low heat until slightly brown. Place Spinach on plates.
Top with Mandarin slices and onion slices. Add toasted almonds on top.
