Mandarin Orange Spinach Salad Ingredients

DRESSING:

  • Orange Juice Concentrate
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Honey
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

SALAD:

  • Baby Spinach
  • Red Onion sliced
  • Mandarin Oranges
  • Almond Slices
  • Sugar (optional)

How to Make Mandarin Orange Spinach Salad with Homemade Balsamic Dressing

Add all dressing ingredients to food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

Toast almond slices (optionally with sugar) over low heat until slightly brown.

Diced almonds being cooked in a pan.


Place Spinach on plates.

Top with Mandarin slices and onion slices.

Add toasted almonds on top.

Serve with dressing.
