No Fry Buffalo Wings

No Fry Buffalo Wings (Hot but not ridiculous)

We look forward to The Superbowl every year for a few reasons, which I have listed below in the order of importance.

  1. The Food
  2. The Commercials
  3. The Game

This recipe is at the top of my list for this years football fun.

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 lb Chicken Wings
1 tbsp Salt
1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1/2 cup melted Butter
1/4 Wishbone Italian Salad Dressing

If not already done, cut apart wings and drumettes.
Add salt to large pot of water and bring to a boil.

Boil chicken in water for 9 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450.
Dry chicken with paper towels and place on a rack on a baking sheet.

Turn each piece and bake an additional 15 minutes.
No Fry Buffalo Wings 2Combine butter, hot sauce and dressing in a large bowl.
Take wings from oven and place in sauce and toss to coat.
Serve with celery and blue cheese or ranch dressing.

  1. That is a new way of cooking wings. The last time I wanted wings, they were too expensive for me to buy, so I bought legs instead. They were just as good as the wings would have been.
