- Olive oil
- Adobo seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemons

How to Make Lemon Garlic Chicken Breast
Place the breasts in the Instant Pot.
Saute chicken with seasonings in one tablespoon of oil to brown, stirring for about one minute.
Add remaining ingredients to pot.
Close lid and set pressure valve to sealing.Set manual pressure time for 12 minutes.
Allow for a quick release of pressure, stir and serve.
Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Adobo seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 lemons sliced
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
Instructions
