Dinnertime is such an important time that often becomes one of the first things we cut out when time is running out in the day.
Unfortunately, most families don’t want to pass up this time together but our schedules can be so challenging at times that we barely see each other as we are running from one activity to the next.

I recently had the opportunity to use the Chicken of the Sea’s Tilapia Fillets in Teriyaki Sauce to make this easy Teriyaki Casserole Dinner that took only 20 minutes to cook!
Tilapia Teriyaki Casserole
Ingredients:
3 cups Cooked Brown Rice
1 Bag Frozen Mixed Veggies
Chicken of the Sea’s Tilapia Fillets in Teriyaki Sauce
3 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
Mix together and bake for 20 minutes.
Add all ingredients into a casserole baking dish and combine well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve & enjoy!
