Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients
(Yield about 18 cookies)
- Sugar
- Peanut Butter
- Egg
How to Make Peanut Butter Cookies with 3 Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 350.
Stir the ingredients together until blended.
Roll into 1″ balls with then press down with the back of a fork and then press again from the other side to form the criss cross pattern on top.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Allow them cool on the tray for a couple of minutes before moving to a wire rack to finish cooling.

this is a pretty good recipe and it does work but I could not get the “batter” to roll into a ball. It was very wet. So I just dropped by spoonfuls and then used the fork. Is a frugal recipe but not a low calorie one since peanut butter is about 200 call for a tablespoon..

I’ve been using this recipe since I pulled it out of a Good Housekeeping mag in 1984! LOVE it! I use 2 eggs instead of 1, and by the way…it’s gluten free!!

We were taught this recipe in a Home Ec. Class when I was in high school! They are delicious and very simple. My parents couldn’t believe they only had 3 ingredients in them 🙂
