Use the journal pages to keep track of you thoughts throughout this journey. You might notice some triggers that cause you to choose to make the wrong fitness choices. Once you notice a pattern it is a lot easier to work on breaking those bad habits and create new better patterns!
Print as many of the fitness planner pages as you need and keep them in a nice binder.
