Strawberry Rhubarb Lemonade Recipe

I am attempting to grow rhubarb for the first time ever this year. From what I understand I am planting it this year, but won’t be seeing a harvest until next year.

Strawberry Rhubarb Lemonade Ingredients

  • Rhubarb
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Strawberries
  • Lemon Juice

How to Make Strawberry Rhubarb Lemonade

Place rhubarb, sugar, and water in a large pot and boil for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and add in strawberries.

Strawberry Rhubarb Lemonade

Allow to sit for 45 minutes.

Strain mixture through a sieve or cheesecloth.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Stir in lemon juice.

Serve over ice.

  • 3 stalks Rhubarb chopped
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 4 cup Water
  • 1 lb Strawberries pureed
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Place rhubarb, sugar, and water in a large pot and boil for 5 minutes.
