This will form the base of your reindeer candy cane pops.
Step 3: Melt the Chocolate.
Melt ½ lb of melting chocolate or candy melts according to the package instructions.
For a smooth and even melt, it’s recommended to use a stovetop method rather than a microwave.
Step 4: Fill the Candy Cane Hearts.
Transfer the melted chocolate into a zipper baggie, snipping off one end to create a makeshift piping bag.
Fill the candy cane hearts with chocolate, ensuring to cover the lollipop stick.
Alternatively, you can use a small spoon for this step if you prefer.
Step 5: Decorate with Eyes and Nose.
Allow the chocolate to dry slightly before adding the finishing touches.
Place candy eyes in the middle of the heart shape and attach a red peppermint M&M candy to the bottom to create the reindeer’s nose.
Allow the entire creation to dry completely. Once dry, your Reindeer Candy Cane Pops are ready to be enjoyed!
