Cheeseball Bites
I’m a fan of appetizers. They’re just a fun way to enjoy the anticipation of a meal by snacking on some delicious bite-sized food beforehand.
What I love about this delicious appetizer is that it’s mouth-sized and it fits so perfectly on top of a cracker.
Literally, all I have to do is grab, pop in my mouth and chew. Can it get any easier than that?!
What else could you serve with this delicious cheeseball?
If you’re not wanting to do crackers, you could use cucumber slices or even pita bread. Honestly, whatever you want to use to enjoy, do so!
How do you store leftover cheeseball bites?
If you have some leftover, simply store in a sealable bag or container and keep in the fridge. You should still be able to enjoy for several days after making this delicious appetizer.

Ingredients needed to make these cheeseball bites:
- Cream Cheese
- Green Onions
- Buddig Beef
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Bacon Bits
- Square Crackers of your Choice
How to make this homemade appetizer:
Start by finely chopping up your green onions and beef.
Place your cream cheese, onion, beef, and shredded cheese into a large mixing bowl.
Kneed and mix with your hands until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Roll roughly two tablespoons of mixture into a ball.
Dump out bacon bits on to counter or cutting board.
Roll mini cheese ball in bacon bits and pack firmly with hands.
Place mini cheese ball on top of crackers.
Serve and enjoy!
