How do you store the leftovers of this icebox cake recipe?

If you happen to have any left of this eclair freezer cake, that’s awesome! (we always eat it up pretty much in the first round) Simply store it in a freezer-safe container with a lid and keep it in your freezer. That’s it. As simple and as easy as that.

Can you use other types of pudding mix for this chocolate eclair cake recipe?

Absolutely. I used vanilla because I like that flavor, but you can use any type of pudding mix that you want. Some prefer lemon for a lemon eclair cake but the choice is totally up to you!
