Waffle Cupcakes Recipe 

  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Whole milk
  • Egg
  • Butter
  • Eggo mini waffles

How to Make Waffle Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line cupcake pan with cupcake liners.

Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl.

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and butter.

Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and stir just until moistened.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Cool in the pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.

Maple Frosting Recipe

1 C unsalted sweet cream butter
3 C powdered sugar
4 TBSP heavy whipping cream
1 TBSP maple syrup

Add all ingredients into a standing mixer and mix until combined and stiff peaks.

Frost the cupcake, place a eggo waffle on top and drizzle with maple syrup.

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ยฝ tsp salt
  • ยพ C whole milk

  • 1 Box of Eggo mini waffles

Frosting Ingredients
