Expert Tips for Making Pinwheels

  1. If you are using leftover ham, you’ll want to cut it up as thin as possible. This will help make it easier to roll your tortillas,
  2. Allow the cream cheese to warm up and soften a little before starting. This will help make it easier to mix everything into it.

  • They are fun too! The pinwheel design makes it easy to grab a sandwich without the need for a plate or fork to eat them.

How to Store Pinwheels

Store any leftover pinwheels in an air tight container, in the fridge for 7-10 days.

How to Freeze Pinwheels

You can also freeze your pinwheels if you don’t plan to eat them right away.

Transfer your pinwheels to a freezer safe container then freeze for up to three months.

You can warm in the microwave, toast in the toaster oven, or just let them thaw in the fridge.

They may be slightly softer than normal, so I like to stick them in the oven to toast them a little before enjoying them.

Heating them up gives them a little bolder ranch flavor that I just love!
