Dalgona coffee is a coffee beverage that is made by whipping together instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water until it becomes creamy and then adding it to cold or hot milk.
It is also called whipped coffee, and this pumpkin spice creation is super easy to make at home using the recipe below.

- Instant Coffee

How to Make Pumpkin Spice Dalgona
Pour caramel into bottom of drinking glass, then fill with ice.
Fill glass with milk, leaving approximately a half-an-inch space at the top of the glass. Put to the side.
In a separate jar, mix instant coffee, cold water, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice together.
With whisk, beat the four items until they thicken.
Tip: Using a handheld mixer, it took approximately 2 minutes.
Once you get firm peaks, spoon the mixture over the milk.
Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top.
Stir and enjoy!
