Hi there, this is just the recipe I’ve been looking for.
I’m wondering if I could bake the bread in muffin tins to make single serve portions? I’m doing a meal giveaway near St. Patrick’s Day and and making Guinness stew. These would compliment the fish perfectly!
Kristie Sawicki says
I’ve never thought to do that before. Please let me know how it works out if you do make it this way.

Not bad, now add raisins and poppy seeds. Caraway seeds add a great touch also. Topped with melted real butter ( Kerry gold) and sugar.
