Pumpkin Bars Ingredients
- Sugar
- Shortening
- Canned Pumpkin (Try this Homemade Pumpkin Puree Recipe)
- Eggs
- Frozen Orange Juice (thawed)
- Flour
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Allspice
- Cloves
- Ground Cinnamon
- Ground Nutmeg
- Crushed Pecans
How to Make These Orange Pumpkin Pecan Squares
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl cream together sugar and shortening.
Next beat in the pumpkin, eggs, and orange juice concentrate.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, soda ,and all your spices.
Pour your flour mixture into your pumpkin mixture.
Get a 13x9x2 inch baking pan, grease and coat in flour.
Pour in batter.
Top with crushed pecans.
Place it in the over for 30 to 35 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
Serve and ENJOY!!
