Peppermint Soothing Foot Soak

1 Cup Epsom Salt
10-15 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil

Mix together and store in a Mason Jar. Use 1/2 cup in a warm foot bath for 15 – 30 minutes and enjoy!

I have loved Peppermint since I was a kid and would chew on the leaves that would grow wild in our backyard. In fact, if you were to visit my house you would find that I have a huge Peppermint plant which I LOVE! It smells amazing all summer long. So it is no surprise that I am drawn to this bottle of oil most in my kit.

Peppermint has a strong, clean, fresh, minty aroma. One of the oldest and most highly regarded herbs for soothing digestion, it may also restore digestive efficiency.

Peppermint has the ability to improve concentration and mental sharpness and triggers a sensation of fullness after meals in the brain.

Peppermint can be used for SO many things! It quickly became my favorite when I used it to help boost immunity this past winter. I drank this Peppermint Thieves Tea for 3 days straight and never got what the rest of my family did although the rest of my family was sick for 2 weeks!
