M&M’s Cookies Ingredients
(Makes 24 cookies)
- M&M’s
- Flour
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Butter
- Shortening
- Sugar
- Brown Sugar
- Vanilla
- Eggs
How to Make M&M’s Cookies
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream butter, shortening, sugar and brown sugar.
Add vanilla and eggs.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Combine dry ingredient mixture into wet ingredient mixture.
Gently fold in M&M’s.
Place approx tablespoon size drops of mixture onto cookie sheet.
Bake about 10 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.
Cool on wire rack.
Once they have cooled you can place them on a nice platter for a beautiful dessert display or package them up to give away for gifts to visitors or neighbors.
