Jody has done it again!
Check out this Circle Themed Lunch she came up with for her son.
Theme lunches donโt have to be elaborate. Try simple ideas like shapes, colors, โeverything on a stick,โ or numbers.
My son already knows his shapes, but he still thought it was a fun lunch. I donโt tell him the themeโhe guesses at lunchtime. It makes for fun conversation on the car ride home when he recounts his lunch.
There are plenty of circle foodsโhe loves these bread rounds; itโs a nice change from plain white bread.
Cheese balls are always a hit, plus Nilla Wafers and Hersheyโs Drops for a sweet treat.
Always include fresh fruit to balance out your childโs lunch. I used grapes (his favorite), but apples, oranges, blueberries, or cherries would work, too.
I even found a globe-shaped flavored water bottle at the grocery store to finish it off.
